Refund Policy

The Better Practices Guarantee
Put Dugout Copilot to work with your team for 30 days. Set up your players. Log a debrief. Build a few practices. Use the Coach’s Brief. Ask Copilot questions about your team. Take your plans onto the field.
If Dugout Copilot doesn’t help you build stronger practices, understand what your players need, know how to coach each part of the plan, and walk onto the field more prepared, request a refund within 30 days and we’ll refund the full purchase price you actually paid for your Dugout Copilot access.
The refund request window is 30 calendar days from the date of your initial Dugout Copilot access purchase. You do not need to wait until the end of the 30 days to make your request.
Your refund is based on the amount actually paid for the eligible purchase after any discount, plus applicable taxes paid on that purchase. A later increase or decrease in the advertised price does not change that amount. We will honor any more favorable written refund commitment included in the offer you purchased.
How to request a refund
Email support@ultimatebaseballtraining.com from the address used at checkout, if possible. Include your name and the purchase date or receipt/transaction reference so we can locate the payment. You can contact us even if you cannot log in. Never send a password or full payment-card number.
How the refund is returned
Refunds are returned through our payment processor to the original payment method where supported. We will confirm the result of your request. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution. We do not charge a separate refund-processing fee under this guarantee.
Access after a refund
A full refund ends the app access and remaining included credits associated with the refunded purchase. Refunds and privacy/deletion requests are separate processes. If you also want personal information deleted, tell us when you contact support; our Privacy Policy explains the applicable process and retention exceptions.
Add-On Refunds
Each add-on is covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee as Dugout Copilot, counted from the date you bought that add-on. You can request a refund for an add-on on its own; your Dugout Copilot access and your other purchases are not affected.
Add-ons work inside your Dugout Copilot account, so if you request a refund of your Dugout Copilot purchase, you'll also lose access to any add-ons. If you'd like a refund for an add-on as well, just ask within that add-on's 30-day guarantee period.
Other purchases and legal rights
The guarantee above applies to your initial Dugout Copilot access purchase. Separately purchased credit packs, upgrades, or other products may have specific refund terms clearly disclosed in their offer before purchase. If no different terms are disclosed, this 30-day policy applies. A later offer or policy change does not retroactively reduce a guarantee attached to an earlier purchase.
Outside the stated guarantee period, contact us about duplicate charges, access failures, or other purchase problems so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. We will honor any more favorable written guarantee that accompanied your purchase.
